Dr. Emilee Wargo

PT, DPT
Melrose & Wilmington Clinics
Dr. Emilee Wargo graduated from Northeastern University where she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Prior, she attended Plymouth State University and received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Physiology, where she was a goalie for the Women’s Lacrosse Team.
During her time at Northeastern, Emilee provided care as co-op student at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital where she worked with patients recovering from traumatic brain injuries. This experience grew her passion for empowering patients to regain function and return to meaningful, fulfilling lives.
Emilee also has on field experience working with the Notre Dame lacrosse team as a student PT, traveling around the country and working closely with other members of the sports medicine team. She focused her work with the athletes to be about their overall wellbeing and ensure they could return to the field at their healthiest, leading the team to their first National Championship win.
Outside the clinic, she likes to live an active lifestyle. Emilee ran her first marathon in June of 2025 at the Rock n’ Roll San Diego Marathon, attends spin classes, and the occasional hot yoga classes. As a native New Englander, Emilee enjoys going for hikes in the White Mountains and cheering on the Red Sox at Fenway Park.
Emilee is driven by a passion for supporting patients in reclaiming the quality of life and activities they value most.
