At Fitzgerald Physical Therapy we welcome comments, questions, reviewed and discussion on our social media channels as our mission is to educate about the benefit of physical therapy generally. We’re on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Google.

It is important to note that we do not post medical advice or disclose patient information on any of our social medical channels. Our team consistently monitors posts to make sure they are on-topic, respectful and do not violate the privacy of our patients and staff. We reserve the right to delete posts that are off-topic to our mission, that pertain to private information or are deemed offensive, including but not limited to, hate speech targeting gender, race, religion, sexual identify etc.

We do not take photographs or post images of our patients or share information about our patients for marketing or any other purpose without obtaining specific prior authorization.

Medical Information Privacy

At your initial evaluation at Fitzgerald Physical Therapy you will be provided with a copy of our Notice of Privacy Practices (include a link to the document) that explains how we may use and disclose protected health information (PHI). You will be asked to review and sign an acknowledgement that you have received a copy of this Policy. We can change the terms of this notice, and the changes will apply to all information we have about you.
